For two decades, her agency @xbecca has delivered creative strategy and compelling storytelling for some of the greatest brands in the world, from Ralph Lauren, Netflix and Roc Nation, to renowned chefs Eric Ripert, Daniela Soto-Innes, Mashama Bailey, Gabriela Cámara and Tom Colicchio, and world famous restaurants Eleven Madison Park, estela, The Odeon and Jean-Georges.

She is honored that her agency’s work is consistently recognized by the New York Observer’s 50 Most Powerful. Parrish sits on the advisory boards of Women in Hospitality United, Wellness in the Schools, City Harvest’s Food Council, and Emma's Torch.

She lives in New York City with her family and pup, Roux.
