A two-month, paid apprenticeship program with up to 440 hours of culinary training.

Our restaurants serve seasonal New American cuisine prepared by our newly American students! Across our Brooklyn and Washington, DC locations you’ll find a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients cooked into dishes inspired by our students’ countries of origin.

Catering & Events

Emma’s Torch offers a wide variety of full-service catering options in New York City and the Washington, DC area including off-premise, drop-offs, virtual cooking events, and restaurant buyouts.
